When you get around to applying for a job, your job listings should include your job responsibilities and the achievements or role you had in a success story. This shows the interviewer or possible employer that you are driven enough to take part in the growth of the company that is for mutual benefit of all parties concerned. Show your interest to learn which can be a good idea if you have little or no experience. Tell the truth for lies will haunt you through and through even when you do manage to land the job you’ve been vying for. Focus on your strengths to bring out your good side and when the negatives get brought up, say they called your past employer and your debacle with HR or some other problem just happens to get to the surface, state the facts and explain your actions. The truth is the best show of strength for you as an applicant so do be honest and keep on moving on towards a career in your chosen field.
